Cliff Walk is located on the coastal edge of the small town of Newport, Rhode Island.

On one side of the walk are the "cottages" or summer homes of Cornelius Vanderbilt and other Industrialists of the 1800's. Most of the homes were built between 1850-1880.

But the real beauty of Cliff Walk lies on the seaward side along trails first made by Narragansett Indians.
